2010 March For Life
On Friday January 22, 2010, the Thirty Seventh Anniversary of the Legalization of Abortion, Diocesan Clergy and Faithful from Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia Participated in the Annual March For Life in Washington DC.

The Nation's Capital, The Site of the Annual March for Life
Prior to the March, diocesan faithful and clergy met at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Potomac Maryland, where Fr. Peter Zarynow is pastor. The faithful of the parish, under the leadership of Pani Bernadette provided a delicious luncheon.
Fr. Joseph Edgington led the faithful to the March for life throough the crowded Washington DC metro system.
Orthodox Christians carried Icons and banners proclaiming the Church's defense of the Right to Life.
Diocesan Clergy and faithful from Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania who joined fellow Orthodox Christians from throughout the USA at the Rally on the National Mall.
Amongst the Orthodox Bishops present was His Grace, Bishop Melchisedek of the Archdiocese of Pittsburgh and Western PA (OCA)
