Camp Nazareth to Host Annual Bright Friday Celebration
MERCER, PA -- In keeping with the tradition established by His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas of Blessed Repose, Camp Nazareth will host its annual Bright Friday Celebration of the Feast of the Theotokos of the Life-giving Fountain on Friday April 29, 2011 at Sts Cyril and Methodios Church.
The day will begin with the celebration of Paschal Matins at 9am with the Divine Liturgy following. After the Paschal Liturgy a brunch will be provided in the lodge. Cost of the brunch is $8/adult, $5/child 5-12, and no charge for children 4 and under.
Diocesan clergy and faithful are cordially invited to attend. Those who are able to attend are kindly asked to call or email Fr. Stephen Loposky, administrator of Camp Nazareth at 724-662-4840 or campnazareth@acrod.org by Monday, April 25 to place their reservations.
