JOHNSTOWN, PA -- In order to allow the faithful of the diocese who are not able to attend the Consecration to the Episcopacy of His Grace, Bishop-Elect Gregory to still be a part of this historic event, the Information Technology Apostolate has set plans in motion to offer real-time coverage.
The Live broadcast of the Consecration Liturgy will begin on Tuesday November 27, 2012 at 9:45 am. The stream can be accessed here. Viewers are asked to take note that the live stream will time out after 90 minutes of viewing. To restore the video stream, viewers need only refresh their web browser.
In addition, a few photos will be posted immediately after Divine Liturgy on the Diocesan Facebook Page. Throughout the banquet, it is anticipated that real time facebook updates and photos will be posted. Some short video clips may also be posted to Facebook throughout the day. The complete Consecration Liturgy will be posted online within 12-15 hours of the broadcast. In the coming days a more complete photo gallery and video footage of the banquet program will be released.
