Mercer, PA. On Saturday, September 25, twenty-six participants representing ten parishes across three states (OH, PA and NY) gathered at Camp Nazareth for the twenty-fifth annual ‘Know Your Faith Diocesan Educational Conference.’ The day-long Conference, entitled Growing Faithful Stewards, opened in the Camp’s Ss. Cyril and Methodios Chapel with a Moleben of Thanksgiving and Stewardship, celebrated by Father Ken Bachofsky, Director of our Diocesan Apostolate for Christian Education.

ORTHODOX CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP -- Regrettably the instances of violence occurring on college campuses have increased in recent years. This trend continued today on the campus of the University of Texas in Austin where a gunman fired multiple shots prior to ending his own life in the Perry-Castaneda Library. Fortunately, no other injuries have been reported. Orthodox Christian Fellowship offers its prayers and support to those affected by this event and has begun taking steps to address the situation.
