JOHNSTOWN, PA – The Holy and Sacred Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople on August 30, 2012 elected unanimously the Very Reverend Archimandrite Grigorios Tatsis to be the Diocesan Bishop of the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese of the USA with the title of Bishop of Nyssa. According to Diocesan Chancellor, Very Rev. Protopresbyter Frank P. Miloro, Archimandrite Grigorios, Bishop Nominate of our Diocese and the present Dean of Holy Trinity Cathedral, has temporarily relocated to North Carolina to wait out the storm.

SPRING HILL, FL -- Father Michael Miklos Dean of our Florida Deanery returned August 8th from his eighth Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC) Mission trip in the past seven years. This is his fourth trip to Tanzania with other visits to Cameroon, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Kenya. He and previous teams also made visits to parishes in Chad and Uganda. Read more...
