The Phoenixville, PA Chapter has been working hard to provide you with a great Convention this year. We hope you will make the trip to The Greater Philadelphia, PA area for a fun and enjoyable weekend!
Below is information on the hotel and meal packages and convention weekend events along with links to all the pertinent forms needed to register. Registration packages will be sent out to each Senior ACRY Chapter. These packages will include forms for both the Senior and Junior Chapters to aid in registering for the Convention.
ALL Convention information - meal reservation forms, ads, patrons/boosters, delegate forms, Valley Forge tour reservations and golf outing forms along with a check made payable to Holy Ghost SR ACRY, should be returned, postmarked no later than August 8, 2014, to:

Registration Details/Information Package PDF Format
The host hotel for the weekend will be the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia - King of Prussia, located in King of Prussia, PA. Room rates are $99 + tax per night. Room reservations must be made no later than August 5, 2014 in order to obtain the convention rate.
An on-line link has been created for our use when booking rooms for the weekend. You may make reservations by using the following link, which will direct you to the hotel’s website where you can make your room reservation:
Select the “Have a Group Code?” link and enter our group code – ACR - to obtain the convention rate.
Those who prefer may call the hotel directly at 610-265-7500 and reference American Carpatho Russian Youth (ACRY) to obtain the special convention rate. To allow everyone the opportunity to visit the area, the Crowne Plaza will honor the above room rates for early arrivals on Thursday.
Meal package includes five (5) meals – Saturday continental breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner buffet, Sunday breakfast, and Sunday banquet.
Meal package prices are as follows:
$130.00 for adults and $120.00 for juniors 12 and older,
$85.00 for all juniors/children 5-11, with children under 5 free.

Support the 2014 Convention by sponsoring an ad or donating toward a memorial or patron listing. Use the form below to submit ads and/or memorial/patron listings.
Ads, patrons and boosters, must be postmarked by August 8, 2014 to guarantee inclusion in the commemorative booklet. Electronic submission is encouraged. You may email a .pdf or word document of your ad to Greg Kushner at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to put ACRY CONVENTION BOOKLET in the subject line. Any ad submitted electronically should also have the font(s) - especially custom fonts - embedded in the file to ensure the ad is printed as intended. Anyone in need of logo art can email Greg and he will provide a word file containing the ACRY logo and various other items (Orthodox crosses, etc.) for use with your ad. Anyone choosing to submit a hard-copy ad may use the enclosed form and Greg will create the ad for you.

Following the business sessions on Saturday, the Phoenixville Chapter would like to take you on a tour of Valley Forge National Park, the site of General George Washington's winter encampment in 1777-78. The cost is $10 per person.

For early arrivals, we have arranged a golf outing on Friday, August 29th, beginning at 9:00 am. Also, the hotel is directly across the street from the King of Prussia mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the US.
The City of Philadelphia, with its many attractions such as the Philadelphia Art Museum, Philadelphia Zoo (America’s 1st zoo!), Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, is a 30 minute drive from the hotel.
Saturday Evening Entertainment
Saturday night is Derby Night. Entertainment will once again be A Nite at the Races. Dress to Impress - everyone is encouraged to come dressed in their favorite derby attire Derby attire! And remember, Derby hats are not only reserved only for the ladies, many a gentleman attend a Derby with an original or a handcrafted Derby statement piece.
Sunday Hierarchical Liturgy
Sunday Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will be held at Holy Ghost Church, located at Bridge and Starr Streets in Phoenixville, PA
The Senior Delegate Form should be filled out and returned to the National Sr. ACRY Financial Secretary by August 1, 2014.
