Ordinations For St. Silouan Orthodox Church (10/2/22)
On October 3, 2022, His Eminence, Metropolitan Gregory ordained three men from St. Silouan the Athonite Mission of Toronto to Holy Orders at St. Cyril and Methodios Chapel at Camp Nazareth.
The newly ordained clergy include Aubrey (Andrew) Kissoon who was Tonsured a Reader and ordained Subdeacon, Reader. Maurice Cyril Chen who was ordained as Subdeacon and Subdeacon Michael Luciuk who was ordained as Deacon.
Co-celebrating with His Eminence Metropolitan Gregory were Fr. Stephen Loposky, Administrator of Camp Nazareth, Fr. Paul Tadros, pastor of St. Silouan Mission and Fr. Rodion Luciuk, the father of the newly ordained Deacon Michael.
A large group of parishioners from St. Silouan Mission made the pilgrimage from Toronto for this momentous occasion in the life of the parish.
