Registration Opens For 2022 Young Women's Encounter

JOHNSTOWN, PA -- [Diocesan Chancery] -- Registration is now open for the Annual Diocesan Young Women's Encounter which will take place from Sunday, June 26^th to Wednesday, June 29^th, 2022, at Saints Peter and Paul Church in Windber, PA. We encourage our young women, ages 12 to 18 to attend.

The YWE is a retreat created for our young women to have fellowship with their Orthodox sisters in Christ while having fun and growing in love of our Lord Jesus Christ. The YWE includes spiritual discussions, special events, and more!

Registration begins online and is open now! Register here: tinyurl.com/ACRODYWE22. Registration Deadline is Monday, June 6, 2022.

Please encourage interested families to participate in the Young Women’s Encounter. This year the YWE planning committee will host an Informational Call on Monday, May 23rd at 7pm EST for any new or returning parents who would like to know more about what the YWE offers and what is planned for this year.

All parishes of the Diocese are urged to underwrite the $100.00 participation fee for their young women in recognition of all the ways that these young women serve their parishes. Kindly have registration fees paid by the registration deadline. Checks can be sent to:
