Eternal Memory: Peter Kralick

JOHNSTOWN, PA - The Diocesan Chancery has been informed that +Peter Kralick, the father of Pani Barbara Psenechnuk fell asleep in the Lord on January 8, 2014.

Born in Shenandoah, PA in 1921, Mr. Kralick moved to Jersey City, N.J., in 1929, then Elizabeth, N.J., residing in Garwood since 1951. Mr. Kralick was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Irwin D. Harris Chapter 4 of Union, N.J., and American Legion Post 300 of Union. Mr. Kralick was an auto mechanic for the U.S. Postal Service in Newark, N.J., for 13 years, retiring in 1971.

Predeceased by his beloved wife, Helen, he was the devoted father of Barbara Psenechnuk and her husband, V. Rev. Michael, of South River, N.J., and Paul Kralick of Garwood; cherished grandfather of Karissa Cantatore, David and Matthew Psenechnuk.

The funeral arrangements are as follows:

Panachida will be served on Friday January 10, 2014 at 7 PM in the Krowicki Funeral Home, 2124 East St. George Avenue, Linden, NJ. The funeral service will be sung on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 10 AM in the funeral home.

Diocesan clergy and faithful who are able are encouraged to attend the funeral services and to remember the newly departed +Peter in their prayers.
