Archpastoral Visitation To Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Potomac Maryland
POTOMAC, MD -- On Monday June 24, 2013, His Grace, Bishop Gregory made an Archpastoral Visitation to Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Potomac Maryland to celebrate the Day of the Holy Spirit. After the celebration of the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, His Grace, Bishop Gregory consecrated the newly installed icons of various Saints of the Church in the Church Nave.
St.Thomas the Apostle Church is Consecrated By Bishop Gregory
WALDORF, MD -- Pentecost weekend 2013 was the perfect venue for the long-awaited Consecration of St. Thomas the Apostle Orthodox Church. Arriving on Friday, June 22, 2013 for the celebration of Great Vespers and the reception of the Holy Relics, His Grace Bishop, Gregory presided over the weekend's Consecration Services. Calling upon the Grace of the Holy Spirit, His Grace, Bishop Gregory consecrated the beautiful, Carpathian style wooden Church on Saturday, June 22, 2013. Following the Consecration Ceremony, the first Liturgy, took place in the newly consecrated Church. The weekend festivities concluded with the celebration of the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy of Pentecost.

A vocation of Saint John the Baptist Church in Bridgeport, Deacon Jonathan had the double blessing of being the first ordination to Holy Orders of Bishop Gregory and it taking place in his home parish.

STRATFORD, CT -- On Saturday afternoon, June 15, 2013, on his way to Bridgeport, CT for the ordination to the Deaconate of Subdeacon Jonathan Bannon, His Grace, Bishop Gregory met with the youth of the New England Deanery at St. John The Baptist Church in Stratford, CT (Broadbridge Avenue) Following the interactive discussion between His Grace and the youth, parents and grandparents present, and the screening of a video about Camp Nazareth, all proceeded to the Church for the celebration of Great Vespers, along with the blessing of three new icons adorning the walls of the Church Narthex and Nave.
