Parish Websites

The Diocesan Apostolate For Information Technology and Communications, (INFOTECH) in partnership with the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America's Department of Internet Ministries  is offering websites for parishes of the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese of the USA, free of charge.

Parishes are offered the choice of 9 different website templates. Each template package comes with ready-to-go CSS files, HTML files, supplementary graphics, articles on Orthodox Christianity, the Online Prayer Corner Snippet, and other automated feeds from our Diocesan Website. The staff of the INFOTECH Apostolate will facilitate the set-up of your parish website and training of parish leadership in entering initial content and future updating through the GOA Department of Internet Ministries. 

While there are no website set-up or ongoing hosting fees, each parish is responsible for securing and paying the annual registration fee for a website domain name.

Request Parish Website

1.  Click Here to view the available website templates.   Click on customize wheel and you will be able to preview 9 different templates, font styles, etc.
 
2.  After you have decide which template you wish to use for your parish website  please email  us at  infotech@acrod.org.

Please include the following information in your email:
 

Parish Name
Parish Address, City, State, Zip
Parish Phone, Email

Webmaster Name
Webmaster Phone, Email

Priest Name
Priest Phone, Email

Parish Domain Name
Template Requested
Template Color Scheme, Background Image, or Other Special Request

 
3.  Once your request has been received, it will be forwarded to the GOA  IT Department to set up  a development site utilizing the template you have selected.
 
4. Once set up, (usually within 7-10 business days)  you will receive an email from the GOA IT Department and from the ACROD Infotech Apostolate who will then guide you through the customization of the template with your parish's information.
